What is going on with my cpu temps

I currently own a 4690k with normal voltage and no overclock what so ever, my CPU cooler is a cooler master 120v and they are both close to 2 years old. I am currently getting overheating issues with both and i cant figure out why this is, i thought it could be trapped air inside of the cooling loop, but i have tried everything to to neutralize it. Temps usually reach high 80's to mid 90's and my cooler goes insane when a video is playing. I can no longer play games because i am scared my PC will do something unexpected. The ambient temperature is 24 Degrees Celsius. If someone know what the outlying issue is, then please address it in the comment section. Thanks!

Contact Cooler Master, pump is probably faulty

Have you cleaned it? Take it out, take the fan off, and clean that sucker and see if any of the temps change.

Reset your bios settings and see if the problem is still there. Those temps are very dangerous for your CPU.

 check that the cooler sits good on the chip, maybe take it off and apply new thermal paste  and check that your voltage settings are at stock. 

Managed to activate ocgenie on my msi board once, upped the volt by 0.2, and that gave me a big temp boost.

don't overclock with those temps. that will kill your CPU

All this new oc features that comes with the mb now are imo crap, manual oc is always the best.

And if you dont know that much about your cpu you might not know that i runs on too high voltage.

ie. how often do you check what stock voltage is on a cpu before you buy it?

The Coolermaster Seidon 120v isn't a particularly reliable cooler, lots of people are having trouble with the pump.

 

If you still have warranty, RMA it. The pump likely botched out.

If you don't have warranty you're going to have to purchase a new cooler, or ghettomod a new pump to the radiator.

Not sure how that works out on an AIO. Probably cheaper and better to buy a new cooler.
