Ultra-cheap HTPC build

Wanted to plan out a cheap-as-possible-while-still-being-nice-looking-and-functional living room HTPC. I want it to be compact and silent, pretty much just needs to run Youtube and Netflix.  Here's what I have planned at the moment: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/kqdcVY

The case is just a placeholder as I don't know where exactly it's going to go yet, so I need to figure that out and get a case that will fit.

Thoughts?

That build looks fine for 1080p media consumption. If you want a tuner, too, I've had luck with HD HomeRun stuff.

I was going to look into a tuner, thanks!
