What is my PC good for?

So I bought this is old workstation off of eBay for about $200.(HP Z600) The specs are, 24gb ddr3 ecc ram, two xeon e5606 @ 2.13ghz at 4 cores each, and two old quadro600 graphics cards with a gig of VRAM each. Windows 10 On a 10k rpm SATA 500gb HDD. It's nice for medium grade gameing CS:GO, Skyrim, Mass effect 3, Minecraft (heavily modded). But there has to be something else that it can do? Or maby I just have lack of creativity.........

If you can fit depending on what your budget is a 1050ti or something even better than that in there. That could turn out to be an amazing budget machine for you.

Oh yeah. the case is massive I can fit whatever I want in there...;)

Also a follow-up question, why would I even need 2 graphics cards if they can't run in SLI or whatever Nvidia's is version is. The only thing I can think of is adding more monitors than necessary.....

Video editing/anything that can use a lot of cores would be what this machine is good for.

SLI is only really nessasary for things like 4k 60 fps or 1440p 144fps or other crazy resolutions anyway. Nowadays a single video card will do you just fine for most everything. I run 3 monitors off a single gtx 1070 for instance. Though i typically only use one of the monitors for gaming.
