Paypal Screwed Up My Purchase. How Can I fix It?

Paypal pisses me off. I bought my australian boyfriend a new screen for his phone, and I used paypal because my wallet was downstairs. After entering his address for the SHIPPING address, I hit okay, it had his name for the shipping address which was perfect. Then I clicked buy, and the order went through, putting MY name and (now dead) cell number on the label. Not only that, but they used the shipping address as the billing address, something I didn't select in the paypal page. The order appears to have gone through, I've sent an email [to VopMart, the store I bought the screen from] but their support hotline is only open monday through friday, and I'd have to assume their email service as well. Hopefully they read the email before shipping it, and correct it before its too late.

 

I've got a screenshot of the correct address name before I clicked buy, just so I could check with my boyfriend that it was correct. On paypal's own invoice, it shows my name for the shipping address, and so does the invoice from the store I bought it from.

afaik paypal sets the billing address set as default

Contact store. If they haven't shipped it yet, you can have the address changed.

Yeah the billing address is the aussie address instead of my US address. My main concern is the fact that the package will have my name on it (even though I put his name in on paypal) and if he gets it and it needs an ID, we're screwed.

Should be fine then. I once got two items because store messed shipping and billing addresses.
