I have a NZXT s340 elite case and it only support 161mm cpu cooler. I was thinking of getting the Noctua D14(160mm) but it seems really tight? should I just get it or get an AIO instead? Also, I have a i7 7700k with g.skill trident z 3000mhz.

Id go with an AIO, Kraken X62 if you have the funds

if i dont then you would recommend me to get the 212 evo and add the AIO later?

a 212 will do a decent job, just don't push the overclock too high

is there a difference between cryorig h7 or 212x? here in canada the cryorig is like 70$ on ebay while 212x is 40$

Availability. 212X has been on markets for longer time. Cryorig hasn't been on Canadian markets or isn't available from retailers even now. Other than that, they are close to equal in performance.

You should be good with the Noctua

If the noctua fits then go with that. A tight sqrexe is still a fit. I have less than 2 mm of clearance between my current cioler and case but it still works.

The H7 and 212x are similar in performance withg the H7 being shorter with better mounting hardware.

The NH-D14 wouldn't be too tight and would fit just fine.

At $40, the 212x is hard to beat for the price. If you're looking for a quieter cooler at the cost of a little less performance, the Pure Rock is also a good option: http://ca.pcpartpicker.com/product/cwPzK8/be-quiet-cpu-cooler-bk009

If you need a mix of both, the NH-U12S would be an excellent solution: http://ca.pcpartpicker.com/product/wjmLrH/noctua-cpu-cooler-nhu12s
