I have a old Toshiba A665 S6080 and I recently had it cleaned inside new thermal paste etc. .I was just wondering if my CPU and internal temps we're ok because they was reaching up to 50 degrees Celsius  inside and the CPU running at 70 degrees Celsius which I'm surprised that my PC didn't die because of the temps inside.

I was just wondering if there was a expert out there that can tell me the temp is safe, So I don't have to worry.

Most laptops run a little bit hotter. IT should be fine. Only way to tell if temps are too high would be to dust it out AND to reapply thermal compound.

I have already.. As I stated in my original post.

Sorry...

I dont read before posting sometimes.

Ive got a laptop that runs at about 50 idle and hits 100c at about 70% usage.

Nothing i can do to fix it but it still runs.

If worst comes to worst, the laptop dies. if the CPU is removable, you can easily buy a new one for probably $5 on ebay.

Updated screen shot 10 minutes later  with File explorer open,4K Video Downloader running and downloading videos, and Edge with 5 Windows opened . I think the cleaning and new thermal paste did the trick.

The same configuration almost too. Some Manufactures are NOT cut out to make PC's

I consider 70C under full load to be fairly cool for a laptop. Mine regularly reaches 86C under load, though it's with an i5-560M hitting 3 GHz with Turbo.

What would be the best computer to buy ( Laptop) Besides Toshiba. Or should I stick to a company I know and trust?

Hard to say, many brands have their crap laptops and some gems.

To be honest my Toshiba A665 -S6080 Ive never had any problems. So I guess If I want to go with Toshiba again. I better read the reviews or just have faith in my past experience.

I recommend Lenovo. Toshiba has terrible warranty and bad support.
