Noob building his first PC

Lediou
Go to solution Solved by That_PC_Kid,

I've made a list, here it is:

https://pcpartpicker.com/list/hb6CtJ

I'm sure it needs some refinement and I was so conflicted on the parts. Feel free to edit it to your liking and reply with the link.

Hello everyone!

So this is my first time I will build a full gaming PC and I need you're experience in the parts. I have a budget of $900 and 1080p res.

Do you need just the PC itself or a keyboard, mouse, OS, headphones/speakers, and/or monitor?

Make sure to quote me or tag me when responding to me, or I might not know you replied! Examples:

Do this:

And make sure you do it by hitting the quote button at the bottom left of my post, and not the one inside the editor!

Or this:

@DocSwag

Buy whatever product is best for you, not what product is "best" for the market.

Interested in computer architecture? Still in middle or high school? P.M. me!

I love computer hardware and feel free to ask me anything about that (or phones). I especially like SSDs. But please do not ask me anything about Networking, programming, command line stuff, or any relatively hard software stuff. I know next to nothing about that.

Yes but I would go with RX 480 8GB instead. Why a 1060?

Here's a good all around build. It's also a bit under your budget. If you need the space, you could downgrade the SSD to 240gb and get a 1tb HDD to go with it.

If you'd prefer performance over asthetics, I downgraded the storage to 120gb SSD+1tb HDD and also downgraded the case and power supply in order to add in a 6600k+Cryorig C7. Performance vs Asthetics really.
