Yes, you should change your MOBO, CPU and ram. If you budget is not enough for the GPU, then hold on to your current GPU 1st. You can always start saving again for the new GPU, You can actually use back your PC casing as well as the PSU.

I would start with the CPU board and RAM first. The GPU while old, will still serve you well as you're just starting to get into PC gaming. It's not something I would say you need to throw into the trash immediately. As for the mechanical keyboard, you may or may not slip on under the budget.

Performance boosts based on  userbenchmark

Note:not sure if your mobo is a standard form factor, so working under the assumption that it can't be replaced.

Cpu: q9550 +60% for ~$50 on ebay

Cooler: alot of lga 775 pcs are thin dells so I choose a low profile cooler, if you have a normal sized case go for something bigger, but:https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B00QJI75AA/ref=mp_s_a_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1486693414&sr=8-2&pi=SL75_QL70&keywords=low+profile+cpu+cooler+lga+775

Gpu:Gtx 1050ti +85% for ~$150 on amazon

Ram:8gb ddr2 (or 4gb if you have an extra slot) $15-$30 on ebay

Total: $230-$300, plenty for a new keyboard and maybe an ssd.

yeah, just upgrade your cpu+mobo+ram and gpu, not really worth it to stick to lga 775 at this point. i'd recommend this:

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant

CPU: Intel Pentium G4560 3.5GHz Dual-Core Processor  ($64.79 @ OutletPC)
Motherboard: ASRock H110M-HDS Micro ATX LGA1151 Motherboard  ($46.99 @ SuperBiiz) try to find out if the bios supports kabylake.
Memory: Team Elite Plus 8GB (1 x 8GB) DDR4-2133 Memory  ($50.99 @ Newegg)
Video Card: PowerColor Radeon RX 480 8GB Red Devil Video Card  ($223.98 @ Newegg) $200 after rebates.
Total: $386.75
Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available
Generated by PCPartPicker 2017-02-09 21:30 EST-0500

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 5600X Heatsink: Gelid Phantom Black GPU: Palit RTX 3060 Ti Dual RAM: Corsair DDR4 2x8GB 3000Mhz mobo: Asus X570-P case: Fractal Design Define C PSU: Superflower Leadex Gold 650W
