I am pretty sure those a rivets and you can only take them off by cutting them. They aren't meant to be taken off

LEL those aren't screws, those are rivets. You can only drill them out.

no, sorry rivets can only be drilled trough the middel to get them out and than they are also broken so you can't just put it together than, unles you can pop rivets yourself

A drill is best and easiest but you can use a grinder to grind one of the faces off of it.  Rivets aren't "removable" and it'll have to be destroyed to get it out and then replaced with a new one.  Rivet guns are pretty cheap (around 20$) and drills are pretty cheap too and a very useful tool to have around in general.

I remove It with a Hammer and a screw driver haha i saw one video on yt and i lern How to remove but THX for try help me .

it seems highly unlikely that you need to cut rivets to remove a HDD though... i've never once seen a case that had that.
