Why did Adobe After Effects CC export a 16gb video file?

So, i decided to export something from after effects last night, and when i woke up this morning, i found a 16gb video file in the folder and almost fainted. Is there a way for me to bring down the bit-rate (LIKE A SHITTON) SO IT ISNT 16GB?

 

Also, i cant upload it to LTT because the video is over 500 times too large over the file size limit. IDK if it will even upload to youtube.

What's the format? If it is .avi just bring it into Premiere or something like that and convert it to mp4 (h264)

Just use Handbrake or ffmpeg for final compression.

Actually exporting uncompressed and than doing the final compression with sophisticated encoder is the best you can do.
