my friend is making a $550 pc he found a i5 3570k for $130 is this a good deal

Intel Core i7-6700K 4.0GHz Quad-Core Processor    Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO  ASRock Z170 Extreme4+ ATX    Corsair Vengeance LPX 16GB    Samsung 250GB 2.5" SSD   MSI GeForce GTX 980 4GB    Fractal Design Define S  Corsair CXM 750W

If you can find a good priced Z77 board: yes. Otherwise: nah, it's not a great deal

$75 atx z77 mobo good??

Yeah, that's pretty good. Now add some memory and a cooler, overclock that CPU and you're good.
