Ruben360

Hey llt community,

Im looking into buying an rx480 but I jut can't decide between:

- Sapphire Radeon RX 480 NITRO 4G

I don't care about the price btw.

Nitro is the best of that bunch. If you don't care about price, opt for the XFX GTR, MSI Gaming or Strix

Then Nitro it is. The G1 is garbage and the dual and RS are just a slight step up from the reference.

Do yourself a favor and get an MSi card. https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814137023&cm_re=RX_480-_-14-137-023-_-Product

Their heat sinks are some of the best in the market and their quality is untouchable.

I can attest to these claims of mine, my two 980 Ti Lightning cards, even though they are getting a bit aged, they are quiet, really cool (temperature cool), and the actual build quality of my GPU's are fucking awesome. Also, I've been using MSi for a long time now, they are currently the only company I trust with GPU's.

Yeah I considerd it but i have a white and black build. And a red and black card with red leds would ruin it. :/

You should consider the XFX GTR then, as long as it's not out of your price range.

RX480 Armor looks good, no backplate though. its decent I guess, not the greatest cooling but better than reference.

Personal build >  New-ish AMD main gaming setup

sapphire nitro has a nice backplate, and that's what you'll be looking at the majority of the time anyway.
