From what i can find out is that the cpu's are pretty on par. The gpu's however are not, 4060 laptop gpu is at least 25-35% faster from what i can find out. Do note the Predator only has 8gb ram. 

 

Idk how much you're spending but if i take my local pricing for that laptop would go for something else unless you really need a laptop. Here the laptop alone is 2200,- euro's. For 1500,- i can build a 4070 desktop and have 700 for a nice laptop with batterylife or use that 700 for a monitor and peripherals
