If you are using the same motherboard you should be fine.

Yep, if you're using the same motherboard obviously :P (unless it's a Retail key...then doesn't matter whether you change your motherboard or not, it would still work)

Retail key-key that you buy from PC world for example

OEM key-Key that you buy from Kinguin/G2A/reddit or you purchased a pre-built :) 

 

Retail Key and OEM keys have only one difference and that is OEM keys aren't supposed to be transferable to another PC/motherboard (but you can so...) :P

What "code" are you talking about? Did you mean to say key?

You do not need to touch anything with the key at all if you are installing on the same PC.

Yeah you don't need to use that a second time, it will activate itself after you install.
