Im sorry if this seems ragey but after playing the last 10 matches with useless (I was the only one with a positive KDR) teammates i am salty as hell. I am currently Silver Elite Master and i am looking for silver 3 and up. Only requirements is having a KDR of 1.0 or more and a mic and the ability to use it.

Then get on ESEA, pug a few games and link your account profile with your stats. We'll see just how "good" you really are... You're OPEN skill, nothing more.

Never said i was pro, that is why i was looking for silver 3 or better...... i found 3 other guys to play with that all have above 1.0 KDR, it's not like i am making extreme demands.

The post was half a joke. But it's idiotic for a silver to play in ESEA... The platform may be for "all" players but if you actually play you would know it is geared towards skilled players. A silver can become skilled but they are in the lowest rank class for one reason or another and will ascend to higher ranks once they solve those issues and get better. DMG is a good baseline of what a player should be before getting into something more serious and 'professional' like ESEA. He can get there, but he isn't there yet.

 

 

@OP, your problem isn't new, it happens to 95% of people trying to climb out of silver, it happened to me and I'm Global. Just deathmatch and get better by yourself and get to the point where you can carry out of that rank if you can't find others to queue with here or elsewhere.

I would. It's not like people join a game and are automatically good at it. Everyone will start with an average near the 1.0 mark and either stay there or barely increase.
