Help me with my SUMMER BUILD

I need your opinion and help to see how i can optimize my build.

https://ca.pcpartpicker.com/list/4NbP9W

My expectations for my build.

- 1080p/fps high settings gaming (mostly League of Legends, Dota 2, and perhaps other games (because my current PC only allows me to play LoL on minimum settings))

- Streaming

- Some soft to medium core programming and 3D modelling (nothing professional or intensive)

- Must be below 1 month of minimum salary max

- Upgradability is not a huge issue (I'm waiting for DDR5 for an overkill rebuild if I get into professional programming/3D modelling)

Justifications for choice of parts

16GB RAM.

480 is marginally better now overall, gap will only widen with time. Also, this 480 is better cooled and quieter than the 1060 while being cheaper.

Total price increase ~$20 CAD, but getting the MSI ARMOR 8GB 480 would save you another $50+ that could be used for a much better CPU cooler, but this card is better than that one.

Dump the 212 EVO for a Cryorig H7 or BeQuiet cooler...preferably Cryorig as it will match your color scheme and installation is a breeze.  Plus, it performs better and is much quieter.

If you have the budget for it, a Cryorig H5A Universal would be even better.

As far as GPUs...get which ever you want and ignore fanboys.

personal attacks are a good argument, you roasted him with your insult. other than that do some research. the rx480 would be better for the games he is playing, the drivers are getting really good. the gtx 1060 is not really worth the money especially when the rx480 can provide a better experience.
