Image saving issue?

Out of nowhere I cant save images from Google or the web anymore and idk why. Images that I drag to my desktop or try to save are being saved as .svg and not .png?

Thanks in advance, no idea why this is happening :/

Worked, any idea why that happens for select images? Thats the only time Ive encountered that issue.

Is it not just possible that the images you are saving are all (coincidentally) .svg images?
