Will this ram work with this mobo?

Just curious because the memory has the speed of: 2400 mhz

 

However, the mobo supports only up to:  2 x DIMM, Max. 32GB, DDR4 2133 MHz Non-ECC, Un-buffered Memory

So this would mean the ram would just run at the max the mobo can handle then? Should still be fine?

Not quite, although it doesn't say it supports 2400MHz, you're very likely to get it working at 2400MHz :P
