Need help troubleshooting board USB port issues

A bunch of ports on my board no longer send or receive data. It's an MSI EDGE board. Fairly recent build, 6 months old. This happened when a device connected to a nearby outlet sparked. Tips and suggestions please?

RMA the board

 

Better safe than sorry.

It's not recommended to fix circuits on the current gen motherboard, since the motherboard nowadays is extremely complex and fully machine production, that damaging the small area/circuit line on the motherboard could be devastating.

iPhone 11 (with battery replaced instead of buying new phone for long term and not submitting (fully) to Apple Lord

No prob, if the board is something designed 20-30 years ago, or some practice brown board for electrical engineering student, then it could be fixed.

 

Good luck on the RMA, hopefully it's better than ASUS RMA process.
