Isnt Samsung Magician all you need?

Turn off rapid mode for the SATA SSD

You have rapid mode turned on for the sata ssd. It effectively uses a RAMDisk which means you can get the ridiculously high read/write speeds.

OS: Arch Linux w/ XFCE DE (VFIO-Patched Kernel) as host OS, windows 10 as guest

I'll have to try next time I load up the desktop, but I've got to get that NVMe driver installed, I know I didn't do that on my desktop with the 950Pro so unless it grabbed it in a Windows Update it doesn't have it.

I think you can run rapid, but I don't have one. Did play around with it in a build I did. For the nvme drivers, I don't remember I installed that either or tried to install and it won't let me or something. Don't remember too much about it.

Just fired it up and NO, Rapid Mode menu shows NOT SUPPORTED where the drive drop down should be on my 256GB 950Pro M.2
