Hi,

I'm in the middle of building a PC and I would like to know what wattage I will need to safely run the PC. I have an i7 5930k and 2x GTX 690 (Quad SLI) I will also be getting 64GB of DDR4 RAM. I have NZXT Hue+ case lighting so that is also a factor. If you need to know anymore let me know.

Many thanks,

Shane.

You're joking right? A 690 is super power hungry and they want 2 of them.

I would reccomend a good 900+ watt unit. Corsair RMI or Anything from Seasonic will do well for you.

Judging by this you're probably making a good decision.

My account is almost entirely dormant. Hope you all are having a grand time. Many years of fun were had here.

If you are ever wondering how much wattage your build requires, plug the info into this site and it will give you the total wattage of all your components together.  I take this number and add 1 - 200 extra and you should always be good.
