Msi gs73vr 7rg (GTX 1070)

K352

Msi just announced that they will have a new model of the gs73vr

So i was planning to buy an x7 dt v6 (1080) from aorus but this looks cheaper and enticingAny thoughts. (I will order my dt in 6 days)

FYI i found weird foreign sites selling it (its supposed to be released in about a month)

From what I read, it will only be for the 4k variants (hope this is false).

Cooling will supposedly get additional improvement (which it would absolutely need since my previous GS73VR could keep itself relatively cool with a 1060 but I doubt it would maintain a 1070).

u do know the v7 is coming right?

also that seems like a terrible fucking idea putting a 1070 in the GS73VR. Ofc MSI has a traditional of actually upgrading their cooling systems (like the GS60 to GS63) so we'll wait before passing judgement.

Dont get the QHD screen. But otherwise, with a repaste it'll be fine. Temps are fine.

1080p screen is bad because 1070 will be overkill

(btw do you know if the ge72mvr is any good)
