How about this?

It has a much faster cpu, and why do you need a fancy cooler for a pentium?

Well you just added a 2nd stick of memory, that adds to the power draw, as does the CPU, TDP is NOT power draw, it's just power that gets turned into heat, which is also why I selected the good gold rated PSU at 650 watts, you'd be right in peak 45% under full load, so best efficiency. The "fancy" cooler was just so it's stay super cold and keep the power consumption of the chip a few hundred milliwatts lower, and the M.2 drive was because it has a little lower power draw again. Rated specs are actually really far from what they claim on the PC part picker list, I might buy both setups and test them to see of either draw over 300, and try and resell them after wards and use the use the slight profit to buy an even better server than what I am going to buy.

Yours faithfully

My entry. The cpu is not listed in pcpartpicker. Intel rates it at 35W TDP. TDP is the value pcpartpicker uses for cpu power estimates. So the build is 264W + 35W = 299W.

80+ ratings certify electrical efficiency. Not quality.
