What CPU do I need?

I just can not find out how much power I need for my PC. My needs are going to be video editing at 1080p 60fps for right now but I may upgrade to 4K in the future. I also want to be able to stream PC games in 1080 60 FPS on YouTube I want be able to play in 1080p max settings. For streaming I use OBS I would like to have the best looking stream I can have my internet is fast enough to stream 4K if you could. Also another thing to keep in mind I will use 2 Elgato HD60 Pro Capture cards One for PC games and Other for a HDMI out on my sony a6000 for a face cam. I would most likely have Skype or some other type of voice chat open when I stream and also have my YouTube page open on google chrome to read chat. So after telling you what I need I have been looking at the i7 6800k 6 core CPU and I have heard people tell me that a i7 4 core would be enough but I just don't think it would. And I don't want to drop 1k on a 6900k 8 core CPU I hope that the new AMD cpus do well so maybe the 6900k will drop in price because I could see buying one for $600-800. If any one has any ideas of what I should do or if you stream yourself please tell me what you use. If you have any good post on forums and other web sites about streaming PCs please post thanks so much for help every one.

You simply will not be able to stream 4k without impeding on the performance of everything else. Also to stream 4k on YouTube you need something like 35Mb/s upload.

the only cpu i see that would suit your needs would be x99 or ryzen

I have 100MB Upload and I don't want to stream in 4k just saying my internet is good enough.

I have to agree with that. Intel X99 6 or 8 core rig.

I like my new 7700k a lot, but when it comes to the possibility of 4k video editing in your future, I'd go x99 with 6 or more cores.  My 5960x completely crushes my 7700k in this area regardless of clock speed.
