AOC U3477PQU or just wait

Gottboost

hi all. I've been offered a AOC U3477PQU for a reasonable price. I've found a fair few good comments on them and a few negative comments. I'm not sure if it is worth it or not. or should i just save for a Acer predator x34 which is triple the price of the AOC. I'm a huge fan of ultrawides and currently using a Asus MX299Q. I just want a bit larger screen and a higher resolution. IS the Aoc worth it or just wait?

I game, Dayz, BF1, forza. also use my pc for movies and everything else in between.

PC Specs:

I5 6600k

Asus z170I pro gaming

16gb ram

240gb ssd

Gigabyte gtx 1080 g1 gaming

I'm currently using the Samsung 34" 3440x1440 60Hz ultrawide and a my brother just bought the Asus ROG ultrawide, I was completely happy with my Samsung until I saw in person how much smoother a 100Hz panel is and now I'm considering upgrading to the ROG or Predator.
