Cheapest Acceptable 1440p 144hz monitor?

I'm looking for a 1440p 144hz monitor between $300-$450

 

-Don't really care about TN vs IPS

-Don't want input lag to be too bad

-Needs to be able to run off of display port

-Don't really care about monitor menu navigation or onboard usb

-I just really want a 1440p 144hz monitor not a overkill amount of bs features that costs more than most 4k monitors

I'd go for the Dell since it has G-Sync and 144hz.

I'd go for the Acer.

that gsync module is almost worth the 3" of screen space though (assuming op is using nvidia)

also for 550$ you can get the gsync 1440p 144hz https://www.microsoftstore.com/store/msusa/en_US/pdp/Dell-27-Gaming-Monitor--S2716DGr/productID.1517518000
