Hey, I am working in a company and my Boss asked me to set up a home network for the company where every PC can access on it and where we cn test Webpages offline, but we should can access on this system all over the world.

Can please someone help me ?

you want to test web pages offline but still have them accessible online? are you saying you want to deploy a web server but have access controls on the content so only developers and customers can view it? you need to list the OS, web server and content management system.
