Will the i3 bottleneck a rx 460?

Im asking this because I usually play cpu intensive games such as Gta 5 and Garry's mod. Will the i3 6100 bottleneck a rx 460?

depend on the game and the game setting you use. yes a bit but you should be fine.

Not really: both are kind of underwhelming for GTA 5 but they're equally underwhelming enough that a better processor would be held back by the GPU and viceversa.

An i3 6100 will play just fine, some AAA games like Battlefield 1 that are heavily CPU intensive will see a drop in minimum fps but the average FPS should remain solid. Much better GPU's could be paired with that i3 and still perform greatly.

You are looking at an RX 460, it's not top of the line and won't even get to the point that the i3 see's the drop in minimum fps as you won't be playing with MAX settings anyways.
