The GPU maybe needs to be upgraded but something like an 2700k should be fine.

yes your cpu is fine if you want better setting get a better gpu. the 2700k is stil a awsome chip.

You can play overwatch on your current configuration. no upgrade needed. if you feel like cranking up the graphics, then having a newer GPU would help, but the settings in that game don't look a whole lot better on max than they do on minimum.

I'm currently running on an i7 930 @ 3ghz with a GTX1060.  I've heard reports of people running it on a 920 with a GTX 460.  Your 2700K and 750TI should be plenty of headroom to run it at medium to high settings.

Looks to me like even a 750 Ti will get you an average of over 60 FPS at 1080p at Ultra.
