6700k stock voltage question

In my bios, at stock settings it seems that my 6700k is running at 1.28v. Is this high or am I just tripping over a normality? I do plan on overclocking soon anyway, so if it is high, I could probably push the multiplier a bit before having to increase I believe?

no that is perfectly fine, rn I'm running a i5 6600k at 48 GHz at i believe 1.3 v as long as you don't exceed 1.5 you will be fine, so long as your temps are below 80 as a safe zone, so a fair overclock for a 6700k would probably be at least a 46Ghz at around 1.35v should be a base line.
