SteelSeries Serbia 800 mic issues

i cant figure out how to get the mic to work windows doesnt recgonize it i have tried for a few hours nothing has worked

win7

a8 7650k

gtx 750

 

cables i got with the headset

 

Power cable 

mobile audio jack thingy

xbox chat cable + playstation

analog cable 

optical cable

and a usb cable
