does all usb wireless adapters support 5ghz?

I will be getting a wireless usb adapter soon for my computer but i am unsure if all the wireless usb adapters would provide support for 5GHz network. Like for example, i am unsure if a dongle which goes up to 150mbps support 5GHz network? But mainly, what are the requirements for the dongle to support 5GHz network?

No, you need to look for one that supports 802.11AC.

You need one that says dual band. You will see marketing of  N750 and such. N 750 does 300Mbps on 2.4 Ghz and 450 on Ghz. Or any AC USB wireless will have 5Ghz. Any wireless N dongle that is 150 to 300Mbps is mostly going to be single band 2.4 Ghz only. I would go for an AC unit. 

I just want to sit back and watch the world burn.
