Don't wait for Kabylake as it is just as fast a Skylake, there is no difference in IPC whatsoever.

AMD's new GPUs are high end GPUs which will compete with the GTX 1070/1080, therefore they won't be as cheap as a 480.

He won't even have enough till march (My guess) next year, it can wait.

As for the GPU, it will probably be a no thanks, And by that i mean, He wants it to play roblox, maybe he will change with this though, because he currently only has a Celeron laptop.

 

Although he says he will play TF2 aswell.

Dats right I am getting a 1080 ti just to play roblox at 1080p and a solid 500 fps on csgo.

OC RX 480 and i5-6600K will only push the boundaries of 400W, and that's a really good power supply.
