I had FO4 on my last system with a Phenom II X4 940 and GTX 650 with 6gbs of RAM. Most everything was Medium/Low -ish with no mods. Id say you should be fine if you aim at medium setting with only few mods at the very most

Dude, the XBox One can run it, so you'll be fine. You won't be getting 60 fps high or anything, but it should still be more than playable. Besides, Fallout 4 isn't that impressive a game graphically (though it's an incredible game imo), so you're not missing much running it at say medium.
