iPhone 3.5mm jack not working

Hey guys just a wondering if there is a tweak you can do to and iPhone 6 Plus ( not jailbroke) to disable the headphone jack it says I have the headphones in constantly, needing a fix asap if possible

It's from water damage so wondering if there's software tweak or something

Ahh if it's from water damage then you're probably S.O.L. Only thing I can think of is to jailbreak it and see if that gives you access to disable the hardware directly.

Take it apart and clean out corrosion, it could end up killing the phone if left untreated.
