ATM XP11 doesn't run very well for anyone, hopefully that changes once it's out of open beta. Any generic i5 + RX470/480 build would do this all flawlessly.

You'll want a good CPU for the simulator, but WoT takes very little power to run. That said that budget is a bit tight with a monitor and windows (unless you want to get a dubious key). I'll see what I can do.

Yeah that will not do at all. You might want to save up 100 more for a much better X-Plane computer.

Also what GPU does x-plane require? Is a RX 460 good enough?

Knock off the case and bump up to an RX470 then. X-Plane works fine on my 950 so even a 460 is okay.

I'm pretty sure World of Tanks still runs on a single core. So it would be in his best interest to get a powerful cpu for WoT. I only know that WoWS is the only game in Wargaming's belt that actually supports multicore.
