Wich one of these boards will be more realiable and easier to overclock? Reliability being the main factor...

Is Asrock your only option? There are better quality boards out there than Asrock.

Nether. Even high end asrocks are pretty shitty. Just get a mid end asus or the msi mpower is at a great price right now and its alot better.

no of course not but there are not many choices for z77 mATX boards and they honestly seem to be the best...

Asus makes a really nice Z77 matx board, it's blue and only $150 for the good version. Gigabyte makes a G1 board in matx, it's not exceptional though.

I've never read any bad reviews for it (guess I'm out of the loop), go for the G1 board then or take a chance on Asus'.

I would go for the g1 board if they were still selling it and would def go for the Gene V if you could still get it

MSI Z77MA-G45 I have it with the 3570k. Not a great overclocker since it has locked Voltages. I have a decent overclock at 4.4GHz for my CPU. Supports SLI and is cheaper than every motherboard suggested. Little bit of an MSI Fanboy right here so. I own 3 MSI Mobo's and can vouch for them (MSI Z77MA-G45, MSI FM2-A75IA-E53, and MSI FM2-A85XA-G65) and also a MSI GTX 760 2GB TF/OC Edition if that matters at all :P

 

Edit: My friend has the MSI Z87-G55 and the MSI Z87-G43 also. (Bought the G43 told him to get the G55 first but didn't listen to me, wasted $100)

I'd recommend the Asus MAXIMUS V GENE Z77. Asus is always my go-to choice for motherboards and the ROG series are amazing for overclocking and have plenty of features. I'm actually considering one for downsizing my build into a Fractal Design Define Mini.
