Best gaming cpu at around 100 euro

Looking for a good cpu for gaming mainly overwatch a little bit of tom clancys but i need smthing kinda cheap

With a lot of luck, maybe. That's Pentium G4xxx range (although typically they are less than 100).

 

OP, what are your plans for GPU? You could go with an Athlon x4 8xx or an FX-6300 at that price, but checking the used market is a good idea. Or even better: are you in a rush or can you wait?
