What PC case should i get NZXT s340 elite or carbide clear 400c

Both are good, but I personally advocate for the Phanteks Eclipse P400s

Different PCPartPickers for different countries:

UK-----Italy----Canada-----Spain-----Germany-----Austrailia-----New Zealand-----'Murica-----France-----India

Well, with an i7, GTX 1080, Full tower and flashy lights, it can obviously only be for one thing:

Solitaire.

The HAF XB is always the correct choice

but what's your budget? The define S is one of the better cases for the money

The 400C supports top-mounted radiators, if you're using one. SSDs are also installed behind the motherboard, reducing cable clutter on the front by one or two cables.

By volume, the S340 is 98% the size of the 400C. It also has more options for color. The SSDs are mounted on top of the PSU shroud if you like the look of your SSDs.

Both cases are fine. Get the cheaper one if you truly can't decide.

I like NZXT s340 elite But i have heard that air conditions are bad is that true

I dunno man, in my standard S340 temps are just outstanding. I dunno how they did this, but I can run my WF2 GTX 960 on full load with fan at its minimum speed and it barely even heats up. With no case fans. My 4460K with Cryorig H7 runs without a fan. Only a single NF-S12A running at 200RPM idle, 700 rpm load makes it totally chill. Something unthinkable compared to my other cheaper case. So I say it's good enough, stays absolutely quiet.

I need S340. But more Define S'ish

probably around the same cost, but it kind of defeats the purposed of a silence optimized case
