Unfortunately the eBay seller does not seem to have them listed in their store anymore. So hopefully I'm not breaking any forum rules doing this but here goes... The seller "ANTRONST" is where I was able to initially find the really low profile extensions. Look through their store and if you can't find them listed then contact them because I THINK that they may be making these cables they have listed by hand. Bought a couple different ones and they all seem to be of good quality
