Power supply, graphics card

Can i power up my system with a  EVGA SuperNOVA 550GS 80 plus gold certified

 

Config:

i7 4790k

16 gbs ram

gtx1060 3gbs

1tb seagate hard drive

 I also want to overclock the cpu

Is it enough power?
