45nm i7-920 PC to Xeon

Which xeon is in question? Does it use the same socket as the i7?

all 1366 dont matter the size 45nm or 32nm?

Yeah, It depends on the board whether it will work or if you need to update bios or add microcode. But it doesn't matter whether it's 32nm or 45nm.

I don't know what the previous owner was running in my Sabertooth X58, but I put a 32 nm X5680 in with no issues or flashes.
