Ani, whining on the internet isn't going to solve anything for you. Why don't you try to, I dunno, communicate with your parents? If they really are shitty parents (which I'm doubting at this point), then either seek help elsewhere or take matters into your own hands.

As a parent of two if either of my children could not cook or in more succinct terms care for themselves by the age of 12 I would feel an immeasurable sense of failure.

Bro........ It's not hard to cook bacon and eggs ( I know this is traditionally eaten at breakfast).

 

Omelets are a bit more tricky. But idk. You could grabs some nacho chips and toss on some spreadable cheese. Heat that up for 2 minutes and ta da. Done.
