New Build, Any Ways To Save Money?

So something has happened that turned a terrible situation (My first PC was taken away forever before I got to use it D:) but a few parts were left over that I can sell for around 300 USD. That means if I get 300 bucks and my mom buys me a CPU and GPU for Christmas (She doesn't know much about modern PC parts so she just tells me to send her 3 options for her to buy) then my PC is basically paid for :)))))))))))))))))))))

Anyways, since my PC is closer than I ever thought I would be (I'm actually so happy I'm actually gonna build this thing) I was wondering, how is this build for playing 1080p games like GTA V, The Witcher, Dark Souls, Minecraft, ect.  https://pcpartpicker.com/list/kr3pm8

I've already built a PC (the one that was taken away D:) so I know how to do everything by myself lol.

So is it a good build? I'm only 13 so I was wondering what I can do to save a bit more money as well?

No need to liquid cool a locked CPU, liquid coolers only make sense for unlocked CPU's e.g. i7 6700K.

I've used it before, it's pretty silent. IG I could go with like a C7 or stock though

whatever bloats your goat.

Also the CX450M is fine, I just made a build with a GTX 1060 3g and a i5 6500 and I've had no problems for the last 6 months.

Ah, that's true. I'll just get a C7 then.

if you already have the H75 you don't need to buy another cooler.

added CX550m, because its cheaper than a CX450m. (promotion)

replaced 1tb WD black with 1TB WD blue, if you don't like the sticker you can remove it or paint it.
