$700 Gaming Build. Looking for feedback

I finally have some proper income so I decided to put together a gaming rig for myself. I've tried my best to keep the actual pc under $700ish. Was just wondering if I can could get some feedback on it and recommendations on a monitor and a mechanical keyboard. My budget for the monitor and keyboard I'd like to be under $150-$200 total. I understand that there might not be any good monitors and keyboards within that budget, but I'm not too well versed in monitors and keyboard specs so that's why I look to you guys for any help at all. I have a mouse already by the way.

Here's the link to my parts: https://pcpartpicker.com/user/tajacama/saved/bzGqsY

For those on mobile or are too lazy to click the link maybe:

CPU: Intel Core i3-6100 3.7GHz Dual-Core Processor  ($104.99 @ Newegg)
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-H170-GAMING 3 ATX LGA1151 Motherboard  ($95.98 @ Newegg)
Memory: Kingston HyperX Fury Black 8GB (1 x 8GB) DDR4-2133 Memory  ($53.99)
Storage: ADATA Premier SP550 120GB 2.5" Solid State Drive  ($39.99 @ Newegg)
Storage: Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive  ($49.99 @ Newegg)
Video Card: EVGA GeForce GTX 1060 3GB 3GB GAMING Video Card  ($204.98 @ Newegg)
Case: Fractal Design Define S w/Window ATX Mid Tower Case  ($69.99 @ Newegg)
Power Supply: SeaSonic 520W 80+ Bronze Certified Fully-Modular ATX Power Supply  ($69.99 @ Newegg)
Total: $689.90

Also tried to keep it from Newegg for easier ordering. Any feedback on my build will be appreciated and also monitor/keyboard suggestions.

UPDATE:

Wow. That was some pretty fast responses with some debates in between. So it looks like the community prefers the RX 480 over the 1060 in general if I'm not mistaken? I mean I personally would have loved to grab an NVIDIA card because it seems as if NVIDIA is stronger for gaming, but if the general consensus says that the RX 480 does just as well then I see no reason to not save some money there.

As for the PSU debate, I decided to go with the Corsair CXM 550W semi-modular. I really only choose the other one cause it was fully modular. More cable management right?

I looked at your guys builds and I'm actually surprised that there were builds with the i5 and 1060/RX 480 in them under $700. I didn't think that could be done. But since it was possible, I did grab Energycore's build and changed the PSU.

So now here's the updated list

CPU: Intel Core i5-6500 3.2GHz Quad-Core Processor  ($204.99 @ Newegg)

Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-B150M-DS3H Micro ATX LGA1151 Motherboard  ($60.98 @ Newegg)
Memory: Crucial Ballistix Sport LT 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR4-2400 Memory  ($39.99 @ Newegg)
Storage: ADATA Premier SP550 120GB 2.5" Solid State Drive  ($39.99 @ Newegg)
Storage: Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive  ($49.99 @ Newegg)
Video Card: MSI Radeon RX 480 4GB GAMING X Video Card  ($199.99 @ Newegg)
Case: Fractal Design Define S w/Window ATX Mid Tower Case  ($69.99 @ Newegg)
Power Supply: Corsair CXM 550W 80+ Bronze Certified Semi-Modular ATX Power Supply  ($49.99 @ Newegg)
Total: $715.91

Yea it's a bit over 700, but I can always work the corner for that. I really do appreciate your guys' feedback though no real suggestions for a monitor. I saw one keyboard. Looked pretty good.

ditch the try and get the 1060 6gb, better card as it has more cuda cores, remember you also need to get windows.

As for the monitor, just get a cheap 1080p tn panel, i know asus and benq makes some good ones, as for mechanical keyboard, not sure if you can get a cherry one (Maybe just save up a bit more?)

The CPU is a great choice, especially for budget gamers. Now, the motherboard could use a little bit of downscaling and I would recommend going for something cheeper either from gigabyte or from Asus. There are some great deals right now for memory, like I'm buying 16 gb today for about $70 and you could get that extra moolah from putting a cheeper motherboard in. Storage is fine, but the video card is a bad idea. Single fan video cards are terrible! Their fans break down very fast and are loud. Try going for something like this. The case is fine and the psu could be something better for cheeper like this.

Heres my $750 build that I'm buying most of today

Heres the budget keyboard that I just bought and I LOVE

Its  M12II 520 Bronze  tier 3 psu.

Corsair CXM also tier 3 PSU.

But its at the higher position according to the tier list.

But i think the CXM is more better..though i never read the review.

I think i should read the review.

Sea sonic is known to have the best consumer psu, because of their component suppliers. Just search the cx series failing and you will find plenty of examples

<p>Wish I could have this already!! : http://pcpartpicker.com/p/qTLRjX

I would go for i5 at least .

Back this up with real world gaming benchmarks. Your opinion is not factual.

A 1060 3GB is not better than a 480 no matter how much memory on the 480.

Take a 4GB 480 instead and it will serve you well. (Look at my parts list for the rest of my recommendations).

We have a NEW and GLORIOUSER-ER-ER PSU Tier List Now. (dammit @LukeSavenije stop coming up with new ones)

You can check out the old one that gave joy to so many across the land here

I already asked it up that it is good for gaming, and will not bottle neck a 1060

I agree. I'm just reinforcing that opinions and facts cannot be confused with one another. If @maria2244 thinks modern i3s aren't good enough to game on, then she needs to substantiate her opinion with facts- in this case, benchmarks.

oh ok, thanks. The only reason I've got an i5 6500 in my build is because I'm looking to do more than just game.
