I don't think so, black friday is bigger than boxing day, so most retailers have better discounts on black friday.

Boxing day is for the rest of the world what Black Friday is for the US. If you're in US, buy on Black Friday.

 

Also, it'd only serve to anger customers to put bigger discounts on the same products on Boxing Day. No-one with an ounce of interest toward return-customers (which is one of the key points of discounts in the first place) would risk it.

from my experience...both the BF and BD offer very little discount on main parts like GPU and CPU...they only offer discount on cheap ass powersupply that nobody wants, case that doesn't sell, fancy overpriced cheap led fans that nobody would buy otherwise..etc.
