I live in NC. Its 60 degrees Fahrenheit here, and sunny, and I am loving it :)

You need to define you terms. I am unfamiliar with this "Winter" you speak of. In Southern California we have Spring, Summer, and Less Summer, but I do not know of Winter... to the Googles.

am in the West coast of Scotland so weather being bad is normal, I remember the strong winds of '87 and '97 we survived, many tree's where lost in both year's though, poor tree's  :(
