Sorry for the late update.

So, I was right, after the delid the direct contact pipes from the air cooler got hot as they should be, and got an even better overclock @4,6ghz with a peak of 65ºC at the end of the day. Thanks for your replies guys.

 

Conclusion: The cooler is good, the problem is that intel does a bad job with their thermal option inside the IHS.

anyway, glad your problem got solved!

BTW I also have delidded my 4770K due to intel's shitty TIM letting my 4770K overheat with a 280mm AIO. they really need to fix that. AMD solders their CPU. Intel should too.
