What to spend 150$ on?

I don't have an SSD, I have a set of SkullCandy Hesh 2's and the leather is falling off, and my phone is horrible, having a serverly cracked screen and the headphone jack doesnt work anymore [Apparently I bought an Iphone 7 without knowing it]. Here are my options: 500GB 750 Pro (550MBPS), 256GB Toshiba M.2 NVME (2000MBPS), ATH M50X, or an Elephone S7...... Which one should I go for?
