M.2 PCI-e SSD for Boot drive

Fellow colleagues,

 

I need some recommendations for M.2 PCI-e SSD which will be used as boot and some programs drive. 

 

I'm looking for 250GB capacity one which will be used along 850 EVO 1TB that is meant for games/storage.

There is a plextor for around 110$ with 1500MBPS I think 256GB

This is a SATA based M.2 drive.^^
